7. Continuing to work with producer Bill Ham, the Top packed their gear and hit Memphis' famed Ardent Studios to lay down the tracks for their '73 offering, the Tres Hombres album. 8. Throw in two hot live cuts from that era, and you've got yourself a 5 star album. I like ZZ Top's First Album, I like Rio Grande Mud, Deguello is ok, and even Tejas and Fandango are all right. You can't go wrong with Eliminator and all its big hits, but it's a completely different animal than Tres Hombres.
